Client Lead – Agency Experiential Marketing

Location: Hybrid (London-based agency) | Level: Senior Account Manager / Junior Account Director

Salary up to £50,000

You will hold the reins for a fabulous Big 5 corporate client, driving unforgettable campaigns across corporate live events, digital activations, and experience marketing—especially in the early careers and employer branding space.

What You'll Be Doing

* Own the end-to-end client relationship across multiple campaigns.
* Nurture and strategically develop a key corporate account, actively identifying and securing new business opportunities within the client.
* Lead strategic development and planning of live and digital experiences.
* Work closely with internal teams (creative, production, digital) to bring projects to life.
* Manage multiple high-value budgets—up to £1m.
* Deliver slick client comms: agendas, reports, post-event analysis, and pitches.
* Oversee on-site activations and stakeholder engagement.
* Spot opportunities to grow accounts and deepen partnerships.

* Strong track record of developing and growing business within existing client accounts.
* Background in working with corporate or high-profile brands.
* Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
* Excellent budget and project management capabilities.
* Confidence leading client meetings, pitches, and workshops.
* A proactive mindset – able to think strategically and act decisively.
