Role: Production Operative Location: Dudley Hours of work: Monday to Friday- 7.30am to 4.30pm Hourly Rate: £12.21 to £12.82ph Pertemps are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operative to work in a fast-paced processing environment. The role involves sorting, inspecting, and handling large volumes of products while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Accurately sort and process items according to set guidelines and quality standards. Visually inspect items to identify defects, irregularities, or inconsistencies. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area. Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. Record basic production or quality checks when required. Work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues when needed.
