Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + up to 10% annual bonus
Package: Pension contributions, 25 days annual leave + birthday leave, product allowances

This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic influence with hands-on execution, managing key account relationships, guiding an external sales agency, and shaping the commercial strategy of a brand that’s making a real difference in the market. You’ll be part of a high-energy, ambitious team, helping the business grow its presence, impact, and reputation across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the 3rd-party sales agency to deliver exceptional results across retail, convenience, and on-trade accounts.
* Monitor sales performance closely, taking action to hit targets, grow distribution, and improve rate-of-sale.
* Support and lead customer negotiations, joint business plans, and the sell-in of exciting new products.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Director on pricing, trade terms, and channel profitability to maximise growth.
* Partner with marketing to ensure brand plans are aligned with channel strategies and customer needs.
* Oversee trade marketing campaigns, making sure activations land effectively at point of sale.
* Turn customer and shopper insights into actionable strategies to drive commercial performance.
* Protect and champion brand integrity while pushing sales growth and market presence.
Required Experience and Background
* 5+ years experience in FMCG sales, commercial or account management roles, preferably in drinks or food sectors.
* Proven experience managing key accounts, national accounts, external sales agencies or distributors or similar
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, trade terms, and P&L delivery.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and lead national account relationships successfully.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities across channels and customers.
* Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about purpose-led brands.
* Positive, high-energy, and flexible, with occasional UK travel as required.
