I am looking for a Senior Project Surveyor to join a Housing Association in the Northampton area. The Senior Project Surveyor will be responsible for the delivery of project surveying to ensure the annual asset investment program is delivered. This role offers a hybrid working approach and mileage for site visits.
Duties of the Senior Project Surveyor:
1. Be responsible for delivering a high quality surveying service in regards to major works and investment
2. Manage contractors and ensure that they are compliant with standing orders and legislative requirements
3. General building surveying
4. Prepare feasibility studies, specifications, schedules of work, tender and contract documentation, presentations and working drawings in accordance with approved programmes of investment work.
What is required for the role of Senior Project Surveyor:
5. A relevant degree or chartered status
6. Experience within social housing
7. HNC/ ONC or relevant experience
8. Experience of managing contractual and financial performance of operations
