Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the Marketing Automation, development and execution of email and nurture programmes that support lead generation, prospect engagement and client retention (including up/cross sales) for this Wealth Management firm.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of email and nurture programmes and campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (SFAE).
* Own the segmentation, design, testing and deployment of email journeys aligned to business goals.
* Manage Salesforce Account Engagement, including lead scoring, and deliver automated journeys and targeted campaigns.
* Collaborate with the Group Chief Commercial Officer to ensure accurate targeting and lead qualification, monitor and report on campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
* Contribute to strategic planning for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Support website content updates, social media scheduling and campaign execution as part of the wider digital and marketing team.
* Manage relationships with third‑party agencies, ensuring delivery to time, quality and budget and that all marketing activity adheres to brand guidelines and compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements
* In‑depth experience in email marketing and marketing automation, ideally using Salesforce Account Engagement (SFAE) / Pardot and CRM platforms and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
* Proven digital marketing experience in lead generation and nurture programmes (both strategy and execution).
* Ideal background in Financial Services, but experience in Insurance or Professional Services is also considered.
* Experience selecting, integrating and using Martech tools.
* Strong project and campaign management skills, and strong stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with digital marketing channels including web, social and paid media.
* Experience with email distribution systems.
