Job Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be
* Advising on a broad range of commercial contracts, IP and data protection matters
* Managing a varied caseload independently and collaboratively
* Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
* Engaging in business development and client relationship building
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Solicitor should be
* A solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years' PQE in commercial law
* Experienced in commercial contracts, intellectual property and data protection
* Commercially astute, pragmatic and confident in managing client relationships
* Proactive in mentoring junior lawyers
