Job Description
Sunlight Care Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Healthcare Workers to join our team in the London Borough of Sutton. As a Community Healthcare Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication administration.
* Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary requirements are met.
* Support clients with mobility and everyday activities.
* Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
* Maintain accurate and detailed care records.
* Observe and report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing.
* Promote a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
Requirements
* A caring and compassionate nature.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in healthcare or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
* Willingness to undergo relevant training and development.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
