Gooey Digital is looking for a sharp, creative, and organised SEO Account Executive/Manager to lead impactful search-led campaigns and help our clients grow their online visibility. You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering SEO strategies that combine great content, technical insight, and smart thinking.
This is a hands-on role with real opportunity for growth, where your ideas and input will be valued. You’ll work closely with our content and strategy team to develop SEO campaigns that drive results - and you’ll have the chance to build strong relationships with a wide range of clients.
The role offers a flexible/hybrid working environment, with 2 days per week in our Canterbury, Kent office. After one year, you'll also have the opportunity to transition to a four-day working week.
Salary 20-30k
We’re looking for someone who’s confident, organised, and results-focused. You don’t need to know everything - what matters most is that you’re curious, willing to learn, and have a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
We’d love you to be comfortable engaging with clients, joining meetings, and being part of the wider account management process. If you're at a more junior level, don’t worry - training and support will be provided.

* Solid understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, content, technical)
* Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs
* Strong writing and editing skills – you can create content that ranks and reads well
* Comfortable managing client expectations and project timelines
* Organised, proactive, and curious about new digital marketing trends
What You’ll Get From Us
* A friendly, creative, and collaborative team that supports each other
* All necessary equipment supplied
* Hybrid working model with flexibility and trust (2 days in the office)
* An environment where your ideas matter and your growth is supported
* Ongoing training and learning opportunities to develop your SEO skills
* Option to move to a 4-day working week after your first year
