Base pay range
We are Hiring! Circet Traffic Management are currently looking for a Senior CAD Technician to join our growing team.
Main duties
* Drawing Creation: Create drawings according to company and client specifications using AutoCAD to create site specific telecoms site designs.
* CAD Tools Utilisation: Use templates, CAD blocks, and customised routines to enhance efficiency.
* Workload Management: Organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and forecasts.
* Collaboration: Assist other CAD Technicians, Design Lead, and Design Engineers in developing design solutions.
* Quality Assurance: Check your own drawings for accuracy, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
* Library Maintenance: Help maintain and update the Design Standard Drawing Library.
* Process Improvement: Generate ideas to reduce drafting time and improve quality, including simplifying processes.
Knowledge requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
* Able to liaise and maintain good relationships with local authorities and 3rd parties
* Good organisational, time management and communication skills
* Able to work proactively, accurately and methodically under pressure and to strict deadlines
* Ability to work in a high turnover/fast paced environment as part of a team but also independently (with ability to work from home)
* PC literate/good knowledge of Excel & Outlook
* Must be a team player
