Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds | Leading National Law Firm | Hybrid Working
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the Leeds office of a nationally recognised law firm known for its commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to individuals and their families.
This role offers a supportive, inclusive working environment where career development and well-being are genuinely prioritised. You will join a highly experienced clinical negligence team handling complex, high-value claims – particularly those involving birth injuries and spinal cord injuries.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative team led by a respected senior partner, you will manage your own clinical negligence caseload, while also assisting on high-value, multi-track cases. The team specialises in serious injury matters, often securing interim payments to support rehabilitation, care packages and suitable accommodation for clients before settlement.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a caseload of complex clinical negligence claims from instruction through to resolution
* Assist senior solicitors on catastrophic injury cases involving brain and spinal injuries
* Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients in often emotionally sensitive situations
* Utilise strong analytical and commercial skills to identify key legal issues and outcomes
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure the best results for clients
* Actively contribute to the continued success and growth of the clinical negligence department

About You
As the successful candidate, you will be a qualified Solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE and a demonstrable track record in clinical negligence litigation. You will have:

* Experience handling or assisting on multi-track, high-value clinical negligence claims
* A client-focused approach with the ability to offer compassionate, clear advice
* Strong attention to detail and case management skills
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
* A genuine interest in building a long-term career in claimant clinical negligence law
