The role is based at our BML Llandudno Branch on a full-time, permanent basis with a competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Operate as the full-time salesperson, covering the North Wales and Cheshire area.
* Manage and grow existing customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
* Target new customers across diverse sectors, from quarries to engineering companies and small service businesses.
* Be proactive in approaching customers, including door-to-door outreach where appropriate, to drive sales.
* Work with a high level of autonomy and deliver results within agreed targets.
What we’re looking for
* A high level of motivation and enthusiasm to drive sales.
* Good systems knowledge and IT skills.
* Prior sales experience is preferred but not essential, as full training is available.
* Confident communicator who is comfortable cold calling across industries.
* Ability to thrive in a role with autonomy and responsibility.
* Interest in learning our product range and engineering materials.
Working hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Recruitment process
Advert closes on Sunday 28th September (extensions may be applied if required). Shortlisted applicants will have an initial screen via Teams with our Talent Acquisition Partner. Interviews will be arranged throughout the advertising window at our Llandudno Branch offices. If shortlisted, you may be asked to prepare for an interview lasting about 1 hour focusing on skills, knowledge, experience and motivations; an additional stage may be confirmed for shortlisted candidates.
