Package Salary between £27,000£32,000 depending on experience Development into a Registered Manager role within 69 months Mixture of shift work, office hours and on-call duties Supportive leadership with hands-on involvement Opportunity to shape a growing service Ongoing training and CPD opportunities 28 days holiday including bank holidays Pension scheme Requirements Experience in Learning Disabilities and/or Autism services Strong leadership or supervisory background Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or working towards Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends Excellent communication and organisational skills Understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards Ambition to progress into Registered Manager role Responsibilities Support day-to-day running of two supported living houses Lead and motivate the care team to deliver high-quality support Ensure compliance with care plans, risk assessments and policies Work closely with the Director and senior team Manage staff rotas, supervisions and appraisals Participate in on-call rota and provide hands-on support where needed Help prepare the service for CQC registration and inspection Contribute to the setup and launch of new services If youre ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact in a growing service, wed love to hear from you.
