Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Clerical Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong organisational skills and a solid foundation in office administration. The roles are essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to our private client department and Administration team contributing to the overall efficiency of our firm.
Duties
* Provide administrative support including data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Manage phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and spreadsheets.
* Maintain and organise filing system for both electronic and paper documents
* Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
* Support team members with various clerical tasks as required
Experience
* Previous office experience is highly desirable
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Administrative experience that demonstrates strong organisational abilities
* Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is beneficial
* Good typing skills with attention to detail
