This is a temporary role to provide maternity cover, but as the business continues to grow, there may be longer-term opportunities available. The Role This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll provide support to a busy Commercial department and work closely with colleagues across different teams. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing general administrative support Processing subcontractor applications and invoices Preparing reports and supporting the Commercial Director and surveyors Assisting with cash flow and cost information Collating timesheet and cost allocation details Liaising with the Labour department to update resourcing profiles Assisting with supply chain compliance, audits, and KPI tracking What We're Looking For Our client is seeking someone who is: Organised, with strong attention to detail Confident using IT (Microsoft Office is essential; accounting systems experience is a bonus) Able to communicate well with colleagues at all levels Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to get involved wherever needed Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential – the right attitude and willingness to develop are more important.
