Rowe Price, sitting within the Global Brand organization. The role of Video Studio Manager is responsible for all operations of the Warwick Court Broadcast facility, and will plan, shoot, edit and animate a wide range of video materials for the firm from the Warwick Court office in London, both in studio and in the field. This role reports into the Director of Global Video based in the US, with a dotted line into the EMEA Studio Design Director for on-the-ground support. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Studio Management (25%): Oversees all operations of video productions at our Warwick Court office location, reporting into the US based video team, but also partnering closely with the EMEA Studio Design team in London. Will be responsible for live broadcasts of TRP executives from our studio space, as well as all other video productions at our Warwick Court location. Will be expected to maintain the studio space, as well as field equipment. Provides specialized knowledge and expertise in video productions, equipment, and workflows. Video Editing (25%): Will transfer media and video footage from cameras and other storage media to non-linear editing systems. Will work with others to prepare digital media at all levels, with an emphasis on intermediate to advanced material for release according to a pre-defined schedule. Completes advanced animations, mixed media video, and standard video editing. Videographer (25%): Will pack, transport, set up, shoot and tear down camera, lighting, audio and required set equipment for both live and recorded productions both within and outside of our production studio(s). Will be expected to produce video both as part of a larger production team or, as an individual (single/solo) producer. Some project assignments may require more advanced shooting strategies and liaison with creative partners. Position requires working with and modifying graphic assets produced by others, as well as creating graphic/media assets for animation. Use of broadcast studio equipment for live and pre-recorded shows. Producer (15%): Functions as video producer on numerous concurrent video projects. Meets with business partners to evaluate communication requirements and design appropriate video and media-based solutions. Assists in the development of project planning schedules and securing necessary resources for assigned projects, and consults on the appropriate approach to video. Special Projects (10%): May be called upon to work with GBM leadership to assess and propose improvements to workflow and process improvements, conduct research and development into new production-related tools and techniques, attend trade shows and training sessions. Required knowledge and skills: Five years' experience of video production within a professional film/TV/corporate environment. Advanced knowledge of, and hands-on experience with both in-studio and field cameras, lighting, and audio systems. Particularly Canon Cinema cameras, PTZ cameras, and Tricaster video switchers. Advanced knowledge of, and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud. Specifically, Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Media Encoder. Working knowledge of industry standard video editing techniques and comfortable with different styles of editing (documentary, commercial, etc.) Working knowledge of live event platforms within a studio broadcast environment and remote video production. Efficient in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Able to manage numerous concurrent projects. Customer-focused with high levels of verbal and written communication proficiency A passion for filmmaking that stays well-informed on current video production/editing techniques and trends.
