What you'll bring
* You are likely an existing Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef seeking your first Head Chef role.
* You have experience working with fresh ingredients and can demonstrate strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).
* Your work ethic involves rolling up your sleeves, getting stuck in, and leading from the front; actively delivering excellent kitchen and food standards as part of a high-performing team.
* You are familiar with managing through clear KPIs and making decisions regarding labour, stock, food safety, and other metrics.
* You have worked in kitchens where reporting on metrics like GPs, labour, and food prep is routine.
* You have successfully delivered training and recruitment for kitchen teams, including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, and Sous Chefs.
