Job Opportunity: HR Operations Manager (8-Month Contract)
Frazer Jones is delighted to partner with a professional services organization in Bath to recruit an HR Operations Manager for an 8-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of four responsible for HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, and cyclical activities.
2. Ensure operational excellence in HR processes including onboarding and offboarding.
3. Oversee cyclical processes such as promotions, annual reviews, salary reviews, and bonus reviews.
4. Support and develop the HR Operations team through 1-1 meetings and performance reviews.
5. Maintain accurate and audited data on the HR system regularly.
6. Streamline and automate HR processes to promote continuous improvement.
7. Review HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation and GDPR.
8. Provide regular HR reports to the HR Director and business, including context and insights.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong people management skills and extensive HR operations management experience are essential. The ideal candidate will be focused on process improvement, report generation, and regulatory compliance. Experience with Cascade HR system is advantageous.
