Job Title: Receptionist – £12.31 per hour, Part-Time, 30 hours per week
Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have a bubbly and friendly personality? We are seeking vibrant individuals to join our Reception Team at The Kenmore Club. This role is permanent, operating 365 days a year, and may require working evenings and weekends according to the department rota.
Reporting to the Head of Reception, your main duties will include:
1. Checking guests in and out, addressing queries, complaints, and requests, handling cash and payments
2. Answering the switchboard professionally and promptly
3. Performing general administrative duties and daily banking
4. Being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
5. Promoting the resort and company via Social Media channels
6. Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by managers
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following minimum qualifications and experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
* Genuine, friendly, outgoing personality
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive, 'can-do' attitude
* Flexibility
* Computer literacy
