Join HEP UK and be at the heart of delivering high-impact email, CRM, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns that drive enrolments and transform our marketing function. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning strategy into action and seeing measurable results.
What you’ll do:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns across programmes, intakes, and channels
* Build, send, and optimise campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot)
* Ensure campaigns are launch-ready, high-quality, compliant, and on brand
* Track performance metrics like open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and enrolments,feeding insights into future campaigns
* Collaborate with CRM, Content, Paid, Digital, and Partner teams to keep campaigns aligned and impactful
KPIs / Success Measures:
* Campaigns delivered on time, with minimal errors or rework
* Improved engagement metrics (opens, clicks) and enrolment outcomes
* Stakeholder confidence in campaign control and delivery
Who we’re looking for:
* 3+ years hands-on experience in email or CRM campaign delivery
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
* Confident working across teams and pushing back when needed
* Knowledge of email best practices and data protection
