Boardroom Advisors is a team of part-time professionals providing fractional and interim CEO, MD, NED, and advisory services to scale-ups and SMEs. Our Regional Directors and Advisors aim to achieve a balanced work/life approach while helping clients succeed.
If you are an experienced business leader with entrepreneurial and consulting background, we invite you to consider this opportunity. There is no entry fee or franchise fee; Directors operate as Associates, managing their own region, building teams, and developing client relationships.
The role involves business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management, and customer service. Strong sales skills are essential. This position is flexible, typically 2-3 days per week, and offers potential for ownership transfer via an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) or similar structure over 5-6 years.
We currently seek Regional Directors across the UK, especially in London, East Midlands, and Scotland. Our network includes over 150 senior Advisors who can serve as part-time Directors or Advisors.
