Lead Manager Skincare Consultant & Skincare Consultant Roles
Full Time & Part Time Positions Available

Responsibilities & Key Tasks
* Lead and motivate the small team of Luxury Skincare consultants.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service from yourself and the team.
* Manage store operations, including inventory, and inform relevant head‑office personnel of any issues.
* Ensure visual merchandising is in line with company and brand requirements.
* Develop and implement sales strategies with the Flagship Store Manager and marketing team to meet targets.
* Hold weekly team meetings to update on business performance.
* Inspire, encourage and lead by example the team to achieve sales targets.
* Use Swiss Perfection’s Selling and Training guidelines to achieve sales.
* Listen and identify customer needs.
* Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation.
* Ensure the counter is fully stocked and that all products are displayed and stored according to visual merchandising guidelines.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance and KPIs set by the Flagship Store Manager or the wider company; provide feedback to head‑office as required.
* Suggest and implement in‑store events/activities for driving sales, monitor performance and share feedback with head‑office.
* Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and exceptional selling skills.
* Complete all paperwork legibly and accurately.
* Develop a good relationship with store management and all sales staff, and use contacts to maximise opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
* 5 years retail & 2 years leadership experience required, within the beauty industry.
* NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification preferable (not essential).
* 2 years retail beauty experience required, preferably within luxury & high‑end skincare.
