Supply Teaching Assistant
Are you a caring and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in local primary schools? Vision for Education is currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to join our pool of staff that can support schools across Southampton and nearby areas from September 2025 onwards. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to gain experience in a variety of classroom settings — whether you're looking for regular work or occasional cover.
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full-time/Part-time/Day-to-day
Start Date: ASAP / September start
Salary: £430 - £450 per week

What You’ll Do:
✨ Support teachers in delivering engaging
✨ Working with small groups or one-to-one with pupils who need additional support
✨ Assist in creating a calm, positive classroom environment
✨ Support students with their emotional regulation and social skills
✨ Promoting positive behaviour and helping maintain a focused learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Teaching Assistants looking for variety
Experience working with children or young people (1-2 years minimum)
