Location: Waterlooville (easy to reach from Havant, Portsmouth, Chichester, Petersfield) Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience) Contract: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday What You’ll Be Doing Assisting in the preparation of estimates and customer quotations Managing and updating customer databases and records Coordinating communications between the estimating team and other departments Handling customer inquiries and providing prompt, professional responses Sending quotations and supporting documentation on behalf of the sales team Helping monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met Providing day-to-day administrative support to the internal sales function What You’ll Bring Experience in an administrative role, ideally within manufacturing or sales Top-notch organisational and communication skills Confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM systems A team-focused attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving A good understanding of estimating and sales operations Why Choose Us?
