Acorn by Synergie are looking for experienced Customer Service Experiance Representative
Role details:
* Previous experience in Customer Service and Admin Support required.
* Derriford based.
* £12.50 per hour.
* Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00am-5:00pm.
* This is temporary to permanent opportunity for right candidate.
* Great location for public transport.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be:
* Answering customer questions by phone, email, webchat, social media or in person
* Providing administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitors.
* Cutting and stitching fabric into a finished product.
* Handling ad-hoc office duties such as answering phones, organising files, drafting emails and scheduling meetings.
* Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines.
Applicants must have Customer Service and Admin experience, excellent attention to detail and be able to work to targets and deadlines.
