Role Summary The AI Enablement & Engagement Lead serves as the strategic front door for AI initiatives across the organization. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery by engaging stakeholders, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring successful AI adoption across OSS and C4. You will work with senior leadership to shape AI solutions, manage the intake and transition of projects, and build AI capability throughout the organization. Strategic Engagement & Solution Development Early Engagement & Consulting: Meet with senior stakeholders and external project sponsors to understand goals, constraints, and risk posture. Translate business needs into clear problem statements and success metrics. Showcase & Solution Framing: Curate demos, case studies, and capability maps. Frame solution options (build with pre-defined standard technologies/buy from SAAS/partner with third party), cost/benefit analyses, and delivery paths. Discovery & Qualification: Run discovery workshops, rapid assessments, and feasibility checks covering data readiness, security, and compliance. Document value hypotheses and recommended next steps. Handover to Capability: Create concise engagement briefs and acceptance criteria. Transition qualified work to the AI Capability Lead and squads for pre-scale delivery. Remain engaged for executive communications and expectation management all the way through to handover to Global Delivery. Program & Technology Transition Management Work with the FIT organization to transition technologies and projects to either CXI&AI or The Global Delivery Organization. Ensure seamless handoffs with clear documentation and stakeholder alignment. Work closely with the Global Delivery Organisation to program manage progress of AI projects and initiatives. Enable standardization, provide subject matter expertise, and drive consistent delivery practices across teams. Own business-facing intake with leadership and external sponsors. Coordinate with CMO/FIT and transparently route qualified work to Capability or Innovation teams. Enablement & Change Leadership Champion the use of AI throughout C4 with particular focus on Ex-US markets. Build awareness, drive adoption, and establish best practices for AI implementation across regions. Design and deliver curricula, office hours, roadshows, and communities of practice to establish AI-first habits across OSS. Publish playbooks and self-serve materials. Partner with communications and business leads to drive adoption plans, stakeholder readiness, and value realization tracking. Ensure sustained engagement and impact measurement. Partnership with the AI Capability Lead & Team Deliver structured engagement briefs, value cases, and constraints. Align on scope, timeline, and acceptance with the Capability Lead. Co-run readiness and stage-gate reviews to ensure business intent is preserved through delivery. Capture delivery and production learnings to refine messaging, qualification criteria, and training content. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Strong experience in program management, solutions consulting, or product leadership in software/AI environments. Demonstrated success engaging executives, shaping ambiguous demand, and transitioning opportunities into successful deliveries. Proven program delivery knowledge with experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. Excellent communication and proven track record in engagement roles, including executive presentations and stakeholder facilitation. Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with ability to create persuasive decks and value cases. Familiarity with GenAI lifecycles, evaluation frameworks, and compliance requirements with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Change-management and enablement experience including training design, curricula development, and communities of practice.
