In a nutshell…
We are seeking an experienced Agile certified Media Planning Senior Project Manager on a variable fixed term contract starting Dec 2025 to support the delivery of our client’s Media Transformation project. Working closely with our Programme Director you’ll ensure the successful planning, milestone achievement, risk monitoring and risk/issue resolution on this multi-national transformation project. The role will interface with a larger programme structure already in place, and with various functions within the client organisation.
What you’ll be doing…
This is a fixed term project-based role, starting December 2025 and working on a hybrid basis between our client's London offices. You will be instrumental in coordinating complex stakeholder engagement, managing implementation timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery of this large-scale transformation programme within a multinational organisation.
Your vital contribution will be across several key areas:
Project Planning & Coordination
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones across all workstreams
* Coordinate project activities across multiple local markets recognising specific local market scope
* Manage dependencies between the core project workstreams and related projects / initiatives within the wider Marketing Transformation strategy at the client organisation
* Establish and maintain project governance structures, reporting frameworks, and communication protocols; aligned with the programme structure.
* Help coordinate capability building activities and education programmes across different markets
Stakeholder Management & Communication
* Facilitate coordination between global and local media leads, marketing teams, and external agency partners
* Organise and coordinate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities
* Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior leadership
Risk Management & Quality Assurance
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
* Monitor project performance against defined KPIs and success metrics
* Coordinate corrective actions when implementation challenges arise
Resource & Vendor Management
* Coordinate resources across internal teams, client stakeholders, and external tool partners
* Manage project budgets and track expenditure against approved allocations
* Coordinate technical integration requirements with IT and data teams where needed
About You...
* Proven project management experience at a senior level in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
* A track record managing media and / or technology implementation projects within multi-national organisations
* Experience managing technical integrations and system implementations
* Experience with change management methodologies and large-scale transformation programmes
* Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and risk management principles
* Experience in media, marketing, or advertising technology implementations
* Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems and data integration challenges
* Proven experience in Agile methodologies.
* Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements
* Agile or equivalent project management certification preferred
* Familiarity with programmatic media buying platforms and attribution tools / media planning processes and measurement methodologies desirable
