Job Title: Cleaner - Retirement Schemes (Rapid Response)
Location: Covering developments in Dundee, Angus, Fife and Perth
Hours: 25 hours per week over 5 days (between Monday and Friday)
Salary: £16,871 per annum

We currently have a vacancy for the role of Scheme Cleaning Operative - Rapid Response to join our highly respected team. The hours of work are 25 hours per week over 5 days between Monday and Friday. Our Scheme Cleaning Operatives provide high quality cleaning and hygiene services at specified housing development(s). This will involve maintaining high standards of cleanliness in public areas and undertaking cleaning of communal facilities predominantly in our retirement schemes.
We are looking for a team player to work positively with other staff members, partners and customers, recognising the contribution they can make to Caledonia. You will be responsible for placing customer service excellence and delivery at the heart of your work.
This role requires the use of a computer for basic administration tasks and you must have a driving licence and access to a car to travel between locations. The successful applicant will be required to have a Level 1 Disclosure check through Disclosure Scotland.
