JOB ROLE

Driving Retail Performance:

1. Hit and exceed individual and counter sales goals and KPIs
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a personalised and welcoming experience
3. Build authentic relationships in-store a to foster loyalty and repeat business
4. Promote upcoming events, offers, and brand activations
5. Promote events, offers, and brand activations
6. Create buzz through engaging in-store experiences
7. Cross-sell and up-sell across the product range
8. Organise and participate in promotional activities
9. Offer expert tips and techniques to meet individual beauty needs
10. Create your own in-store events to generate excitement and drive traffic

Elevating the Customer Experience:

11. Deliver tailored consultations and product demonstrations
12. Immerse customers in the brand’s heritage and product stories
13. Offer expert tips and techniques to meet individual beauty needs
14. Create buzz through innovative, self-led in-store events
15. Inspire customers to build beauty routines that reflect their unique style

REQUIRMENTS

16. Minimum 1 year in sales, business development, or retail
17. Proven track record of hitting commercial targets
18. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow
19. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
20. Creative thinker with fresh ideas and a flair for spotting opportunities
21. Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
22. Passion for beauty, spa, or wellness (experience of working in these industries is preferred but not essential)
23. Must be able to work weekends
