We’re delighted to be supporting a highly respected primary school in the BS4 area that is seeking a confident, dynamic Year 5 Teacher to join their team from January through to the end of the academic year.

If you’re a KS2 teacher who brings consistency, creativity, and strong behaviour management, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference within a well-established Year 5 team.
The successful Year 5 Teacher will have:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Strong KS2 classroom experience (Year 5 preferred)
A confident, calm, and structured approach to behaviour management
A passion for delivering engaging, knowledge-rich learning
A commitment to building positive relationships and supporting children pastorally
The ability to hit the ground running and work collaboratively with the year group team
Your role will include:
Planning and delivering high-quality, appropriately differentiated KS2 lessons
Working closely with your partner teacher and phase leader
Supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development
Creating a structured, supportive and positive learning environment
Being a consistent, reliable presence for pupils throughout the term
Contributing to the wider school community where needed
