Orange Malone is working with a large insurance company to find two qualified actuaries to join them on a 6m FTC basis:
1. Manager/Senior Project Manager - IFRS17 Implementation:
This will be focusing on integration work with a specific lens on IFRS17 with the balance of work equally distributed between delivery of responsibilities, project management and stakeholder management:
* Support integration and acquisition activities
* Support on IFRS17 reporting activities
* Engage with Business Units on reporting and integration activities
* Oversee policy review and alignment across teams
2. Director of Reserving & Methodology: .
This hire is to help with both integration and BAU activities. Main highlights and experience include:
* high level reserving, methodology and assumption setting experience
* experience of IFRS implementation including metrics and risk appetite frameworks
* integration with Group methodology
* PRA engagement
* strong UK knowledge of SII, Matching Adjustment, Internal Model, IFRS, etc
