As
Accounts Payable Assistant
, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations across our business. This part time role (0.5 FTE) is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Processing invoices and matching them to purchase orders.
* Inputting and updating data
* Performing bank reconciliations (training provided if required).
* Preparing weekly supplier payment runs
* Raising purchase orders for intercompany recharges.
* Managing the accounts payable inbox.
* Carrying out company card reconciliations.
Selection Criteria
* Essential
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to cope with repetitive tasks
* Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver accurately and on time
* A collaborative team player with good communication skills
* Willingness to learn new systems and processes
* Desirable
* Experience with XERO (accounting leger)
* Familiarity with ApprovalMax (purchase order and invoice processing)
* Knowledge of Airwallex (payment system)
