In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our global Customer Experience platforms, including SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and SAP Enable Now. You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and preparing data to maintain its accuracy, integrity, and relevance, enabling the business to make data-driven decisions and optimise sales and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Prepare load files for CX solutions using designated templates, ensuring accurate composition, organisation, and readiness of information for entry. Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to confirm the receipt and progress of data. Extract, clean, and merge data from various legacy systems, ensuring integrity and consistency. Assess data for deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies and resolve them. Respond to requests for data retrieval and maintain high-quality records of work progress. Experience, Skills & Qualifications Advanced MS Excel skills, including logical, text, reference, and nested formulas. Experience handling large datasets and relational databases. Knowledge of database management methodologies and good practice in data protection. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a thorough, precise manner. Excellent communication, planning, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
