Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and conscientious IT Helpdesk Technician to join our busy IT Services team at Brooksby College.
In this role you will act as the first point of contact for any queries and work with the IT team to resolve them. You may also get involved with other tasks across the wider IT team through supporting casework and projects.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for user queries.
* Resolve IT issues and support day‑to‑day use of Microsoft technologies.
* Work collaboratively with the IT team to solve problems.
* Support casework and project tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Experience in a generalist IT support role.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work well in a team and maintain strong attention to detail.
