Overview
Service Desk Analyst - Bristol at Experis UK. An established Bristol-based client seeks a new member of their Helpdesk team to support an internal user base of 700 people. This role is on-site in Bristol, five days a week, with a shift pattern from 7:30am to 5:00pm. Good benefits, training and career progression are offered with a competitive basic salary.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st line (and some 2nd line) support via phone, email or face to face.
* Work to defined SLA targets as part of the Helpdesk team.
* Support an internal user base, resolving IT issues related to Networking, Windows desktop environments, M365, and related technologies where applicable.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolutions and effective user support.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a 1st line support role or a background in customer service with an interest and knowledge of IT areas (Networking, Windows desktop environments, M365).
* Willingness to learn and participate in training opportunities provided by the employer.
