About the Role
As Head Concierge you’ll be the heartbeat of The Residences, ensuring our residents enjoy a seamless, five-star lifestyle every day. From overseeing hospitality and wellbeing services to anticipating residents’ needs, you’ll deliver a service that is second to none.
Your responsibilities will include :
* Leading and inspiring the concierge team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Managing recruitment, training, and development to ensure a highly skilled team.
* Overseeing budgets and compliance with Hallmark standards and legislation.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, building strong relationships and understanding their preferences.
* Coordinating events, activities, and outings to enrich residents’ lives.
* Ensuring The Residences always reflect a clean, welcoming, and luxurious environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience : Luxury hospitality background, ideally in a 5-star concierge or front-of-house role.
* Skills : Outstanding communication, organisational ability, and IT proficiency.
* Qualities : Immaculate presentation, proactive problem-solver, and a genuine passion for exceptional service.
Desirable :
* Customer service qualification and experience in event planning or hospitality management.
