Lead Programmer (Updated May 2026)

As a Lead Programmer, you will be hands-on with guiding and supporting your team in coding features across multiple programming specialisms within our new gaming project. Core responsibilities include:
* Guide and support team members in coding features across several programming specialisms.
* Drive performance, plan, and prioritize project work in collaboration with production and development teams.
* Support programmers to meet design and technical needs of the project.
* Keep the project focused by setting priorities and driving progress while fostering a stable, inclusive structure.
Qualifications
* Evidence of day-to-day team management and team development experience.
* Broad knowledge of multiple areas of game development, with the ability to collaborate effectively across these areas (e.g., gameplay, engine, online, animation, tools, or physics).
* Experience in C++ development within console gaming.
* Experience working with a large game codebase, its modules, middleware, and associated pipeline.
* Familiarity with project planning lifecycle.
