Senior Quantity Surveyor - Permanent Opportunity
Division: Build
Location: Belfast (Site based)

Responsibilities
Lead project budgeting, cost control and procurement, ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish. Oversee contract management and administration, including JCT and NEC contracts, and manage subcontractor performance and client relationships. Your expertise will be crucial in the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential, as is expertise in JCT/NEC contracts and cost forecasting. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is required.
