Job Description
Associate Solicitor/ Legal Executive – Serious & Catastrophic Injury (Claimant)
Salary: Up to £59,000 DOE
Experience Required: 3-6 PQE
Location: Warwick (Hybrid – very flexible, 1 day per week in the office)
I’m working with a highly regarded claimant Serious Injury firm looking to appoint an Associate Solicitor / Legal Executive into their growing Warwick team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 3–6 PQE lawyer looking to handle high-quality Serious & Catastrophic Injury work within a genuinely supportive and people-focused environment.
The firm has built a strong reputation not only for the quality of its work, but also for the way it treats its people, offering a collaborative culture, realistic flexibility and clear long-term progression opportunities.
The Role
\t
* You will manage your own caseload of Serious Injury matters while also assisting on higher value and more complex catastrophic injury cases.
\t
* The work includes life-changing injury claims involving complex rehabilitation needs and long-term client relationships, offering strong exposure to technically challenging and rewarding litigation.
\t
* Alongside your own fee earning responsibilities, you will also support and mentor junior colleagues within the team, making this a strong opportunity for someone looking to continue developing beyond pure fee earning.
\t
* There will also be opportunities to contribute towards the continued growth and reputation of the team within the Midlands market.
\t
