A growing, specialist engineering-focused business is seeking a Marketing Communications Lead to refine its voice and enhance its connection with the industry.
If you’re a skilled writer who can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content and bring consistency to every touchpoint, this role puts you right at the centre of shaping the brand’s message and impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the brand voice: Develop and maintain messaging that’s clear, consistent, and aligned across all channels.
* Create high-quality content: Articles, case studies, emails, social, sales materials — turning technical information into accessible, engaging stories.
* Drive campaign delivery: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that build engagement and generate qualified leads.
* Test and optimise: Experiment with messaging, analyse performance, and use insights to improve future output.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Media, Digital, and Sales to ensure coherent, credible communication.
* Champion consistency: Align written and visual storytelling, ensuring the brand is professional, recognisable, and trusted.
Who You Are
* A confident writer with proven experience in marketing communications and content creation
* Skilled at simplifying technical topics without losing credibility
* Analytical and comfortable using data to guide decisions
* Organised, curious, and proactive - able to manage your own priorities
* Experienced with HubSpot or similar tools (nice to have, not essential)
* Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work that makes a real impact
