Children's Residential Support Worker (EBD/LD)

Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £27,600 per annum (incl. 5 contractual sleeps per month)
Overtime: £14.14 per hour inclusive of annual leave
Hours: Average 37.5 hours p/w (163 hours p/m)

The Role:
Join our passionate team in our 3-bed Children's Home, supporting incredible children aged 5 to 18. No two days are the same—expect fun, challenges, and the ultimate reward of seeing young people flourish.
You Will:
* Have a passion to work with children.
* Provide support, stability, and fun
* Be resilient and ready to handle challenges.
* Be flexible with hours (weekends, evenings, bank holidays).
* Hold a full UK driving licence with less than 6 points (company cars provided).
* Be prepared to undertake training to become qualified
Experience:
* Previous experience of working with children is not essential but you must enjoy spending time with them
