£14.50/hour (via umbrella) | Full-time, Onsite | 37.5 hours/week, Mon–Fri

✨ What You’ll Do
* Coordinate outsourced work and keep customers informed throughout the process
* Prepare and issue sub-contract quotations using internal systems
* Process customer orders efficiently and resolve queries promptly
* Track supplier progress to ensure on-time deliveries
* Maintain accurate records, certificates, and audit documentation
* Support procurement activities, including requisitions and purchase orders
🔍 What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in customer service, order processing, or supply chain operations
* Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); VLOOKUP experience preferred
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Excellent communicator and team collaborator
* Procurement or logistics experience is an advantage
