A leading player in the global arable grains industry is seeking a Grain Trader to join its growing team in Norfolk.
As part of a respected grain trading business group backed by one of Australia's largest grain and commodities companies, you'll help shape trading strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive value across end-to-end supply chains across the UK.
What you'll do:
* Develop and execute trading strategies for key commodities within domestic and export markets
* Manage risk, pricing, and market exposure to maximise margin performance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, domestic end users, and global trading partners
* Monitor market trends and deliver insightful commercial analysis to guide decision-making
* Import and manage distribution of commodities
What we're looking for:
* Experience in grain or commodity trading (ideally 5 years+), with a deep understanding of market drivers and supply chain dynamics
* Strong analytical and commercial acumen
* A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to make confident trading decisions
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
