Job Description
Procter & Gamble (P&G) is one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, owning iconic brands such as Gillette, Fairy and Oral‑B. P&G Pro, a growing part of the company, manufactures and markets away‑from‑home products for hospitality, healthcare and restaurants. In this unique role you will lead and shape the Digital Commerce agenda for P&G Pro in the UK & Ireland, accelerating growth through standout digital shopping experiences, powerful partnerships and strategic direction for online success.
What You’ll Do
* Drive winning commercial strategies by aligning internal teams and collaborating with external partners.
* Translate plans into impactful outcomes through strong selling and influencing.
* Act as the UK & Ireland channel expert, articulating strategies and applying insights from other channels.
* Oversee eContent development to enhance engagement, navigation and sales performance.
* Develop and manage traffic generation and conversion strategies to maximise ROI.
* Analyse performance data to generate actionable insights and guide strategic directions.
* Collaborate closely with Brand, Finance, Account Managers and European leadership teams for alignment and high‑quality execution.

Qualifications
* Proven digital commerce expertise with a strong understanding of online sales fundamentals, sponsored search and eContent.
* Influencing and selling capability with credibility to lead digital thinking for P&G Pro.
* Digital fluency and hands‑on experience optimizing content, search and conversion.
* Partnership mindset with experience in online retail collaborations; FMCG or grocery experience is advantageous.
* Leadership and ownership abilities, driving self‑ and team‑level excellence.
* Strong analytical mindset, organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Valid UK driving licence.
