What You’ll Be Doing
* Running the show for all BMS requirements across our London Campus.
* Acting as the go-to technical expert, supporting operations and central engineering.
* Driving performance improvements and energy optimisation — think CO₂ control linked to plant activity.
* Bridging the gap between engineer and manager, providing proactive guidance.
* Managing budgets, risks, and critical spares to keep everything running smoothly.
* Building strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues.
* Ensuring compliance with safety standards and shaping future Capex and asset strategies.
What We’re Looking For
* Solid BMS experience (electrical background a big plus).
* Hands-on knowledge of Distech BMS (ideally)
* Experience in corporate banking or similar environments is an advantage.
* Someone who understands client needs and can deliver solutions beyond expectations.
* A strong communicator and relationship builder with leadership potential.
* Financially aware, analytical, and always looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working.
