Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Advisor, based in Newark‑On‑Trent at our head office location. There are 4 newly created positions available.
Shift Work
Covering 7am‑7pm for 4 rotations, 4 days off; 7pm‑7am for 4 rotations, 4 days off; repeat.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality technical and customer support services, including resolving technical issues and troubleshooting.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries efficiently and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
* Contribute to a seamless support experience while working in shifts, maintaining customer trust.
Qualifications
* Strong customer satisfaction and support skills to provide a positive experience for clients.
* Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for clear and empathetic communication with customers and team members.
* Ability to work in a shift‑based environment and adapt to varying schedules.
* Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is an advantage.
* Problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
* Familiarity with IT systems and troubleshooting tools is a plus.
Start and Compensation
Immediate start.
Salary £24,040 plus an additional £3,000 shift allowance. Overtime available.
