Job Summary SHI has an exciting opportunity available as an Inside Sales Manager in the International Sales Support Department. The manager will manage approximately 10-15 ISAM's within commercial account sets. The Inside Sales Manager will report to the Director - Inside Sales. This positions is required to report to the SHI Milton Keynes office as determined by SHI management. Role Description Provide support and guidance to the International Sales Team Assist in the development of World Class Support policies that promote good customer relations Ensure ISAMs are providing World Class Support Supervise and coordinate daily activities of ISAMs Arrange and schedule necessary training for ISAMs Monitor and review employee performance Address personnel issues and staffing needs Working in conjunction with global team to develop, implement, and monitor customer specific procedures Investigate and resolve non-routine customer requests Operational point of contact for customer and vendor operational requirements Overseeing and maintaining customer specific information and procedures Point of contact for customer and/or Account Executive escalations Behaviors and Competencies Leadership: Can take ownership of complex team initiatives, collaborate with others in decision-making processes, and drive team performance.
