What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is growing strategic, enterprise-sized accounts and winning new ones. You can expect to be doing things like:
* Looking after a portfolio of 10–15 key enterprise accounts
* Growing these accounts through strategic activities
* Reconnecting with quieter or lapsed clients to spot new opportunities
* Developing account plans and owning the full sales process
* Teaming up with product leads, customer success, and tech experts to make sure customers get real value
* Keeping your pipeline strong and forecasts accurate in the CRM
* Offering support and guidance to junior colleagues when needed
This role will suit you if you…
* Have 10+ years of B2B sales experience
* Ideally have sold software or digital solutions
* Are confident selling to C-level decision-makers
* Bring experience in CAD, PLM, simulation, or digital transformation
* Can navigate complex sales cycles
* Know how to undertake contract negotiations
* Are commercially astute and love exceeding targets
* Are skilled at building trust and strong relationships
* Work well independently but thrive in collaboration
* Are confident managing your own pipeline through CRM systems
