Within the Energy and Infrastructure Business Unit in Frazer-Nash, key account teams manages and delivers large frameworks and programmes that make a difference in the world. Our team provides support to a key organization within the UK's small modular reactor sector. Due to growth opportunities and organisational changes within the sector we are now looking for a Technical Clerk to join the team to assist with providing efficiency and cost savings to the back-office functions across the framework contracts we deliver for this client, as their frameworks.
Responsibilities
* Interfaces with the client's sales function, to log requests for support as they are received.
* Recording and updating contracts on the Framework database's, i.e. purchase orders and invoice status.
* Reporting on monthly accruals, invoicing and project progress.
* Managing and monitoring our conflict-of-interest registers, to manage the risk of conflict between this account and our other customers.
* Tracking variation of contracts.
* Ensure documents and templates are kept updated.
* Maintains the framework Sharepoint sites.
* Maintaining project stakeholder databases.
* Monitoring communications with the customer.
* Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Skilled in both teamwork and independent tasks.
* Be commercially aware.
* Be motivated and committed to take responsibility for delivery to meet time, cost, and quality objectives in their area. Ability to respond effectively to shifting priorities and timelines.
* Effective organisational skills.
