At Marmalade Game Studio, we bring iconic board games to life with creativity, care, and a love for fun — and we’re looking for a Platform Manager to support our growing portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on new challenges, broaden your experience, and help shape how our games reach players across multiple platforms, including PC and console platforms, helping us deliver high-quality experiences to our players.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage our product storefronts: update existing titles, submit new releases, and launch on new platforms
* Monitor store pages across platforms and locales to ensure brand consistency, quality, and clarity
* Write clear briefs for the marketing team to support asset creation
* Design, monitor, and report on A/B tests to optimise store asset performance
* Maintain release and update calendars, giving a clear historical view of all changes
* Submit discounts in line with sales calendars, ensuring accuracy
* Keep up to date with industry trends and suggest ways to improve visibility and performance
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience in video game publishing and understanding of KPIs that drive conversion and revenue
* Strong organisational and planning skills with great attention to detail
* Commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of game platforms and storefronts
Bonus Points:
* Technical familiarity with App Store Connect, Google Play, Steamworks, Nintendo NCMS/OMAS, PlayStation, Xbox, Epic Games
* Experience working collaboratively in teams
* A passion for board games
