The purpose of the Management Accountant is to be responsible for the maintenance of General Ledgers, Balance Sheet reconciliations and analysis of business performance to support management decision making.
Responsibilities
* Preparation and presentation of management accounts with supporting commentary and analysis
* Ownership of Balance Sheet accounts and reconciliations
* Supporting the preparation of financial statements and regulatory returns
* Preparing financial analysis to support management decision making
* Collaborative cross-departmental working to inform the accuracy of accounting entries and provide business partnering
* Supporting ongoing development of internal systems and processes to become best in class
* Supporting annual audit process
What we are looking for
* Fully qualified ACA from an audit background in practice
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
* Effective organisational and planning skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workloads
* Experience with IT and MS Office skills
